About the Event

In Dao and Chinese medicine water is considedred the most yin element. As we appronch the most yin time of the year, the winter, let's embrace the qualities of hibernation and darkness. Let's stay cozy and see how quitness can be beautiful. 

In this workshop we are going to do Yin Yoga, Qigong and meditation for the uninary bladder and kydneys - organs associated to the water element.
