Inversions for beginners

 A course designed as an introduction to inversions in a playful a fun-loving way. Inversion postures can be considered quite intimidating and sometimes out of reach by students, specially for beginners. This will be a fun afternoon to focus on preparatory exercises to build confidence and learn techniques to progress safely into the upside-down world. We will go through the basics of headstand, handstand and forearm stand poses. Open to beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking to strengthen their foundations.
