About the Event
Mastering inversion poses such as sirsasana (headstand), adho mukha vrksasana (handstand) and pincha mayurasana (forearm balance), takes time, daily practice and effort. The goal of this workshop is to provide students with deeper understanding of these poses via step-by-step exercises that lead to a given inversion. The ultimate goal of this workshop is to build students’ confidence and to provide them with tools that they can apply to their own practice.
